Who We Are
A team that believes
honest advice earns trust.
Boon Bytes was founded in Bangkok to fill a specific gap — businesses wanting to explore AI without being sold something unsuitable for where they actually are.

Where Boon Bytes came from
The name Boon Bytes draws from the Thai concept of บุญ — merit, or goodwill earned through considered action. We chose it deliberately. Technology imposed without care can unsettle workplaces; technology introduced with thought can genuinely lift the burden on the people doing the work.
We started in 2022 after noticing that most AI consultancies were built for companies already fluent in technology. The businesses that needed help most — those running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and institutional knowledge — had few places to turn that would speak plainly to them.
So we built Boon Bytes as that place. Small enough to give real attention. Experienced enough to know what is worth attempting.
Our Mission
What we are here to do
We help businesses in Bangkok understand where AI can genuinely reduce repetitive load, and then integrate it in a way that the team can understand, trust, and maintain.
We do not sell software. We are not tied to particular platforms. Our only product is clear thinking about where technology fits and the careful work of putting it there.
"The decision rests gently with you."
We present findings and options — we do not push conclusions. Every business we work with moves at its own pace.
The People
The team behind Boon Bytes
A small team with complementary backgrounds — AI systems, business operations, and human-centred design.
Pattaraporn Wongkham
Founder & Lead Consultant
Pattaraporn spent eight years in enterprise software before founding Boon Bytes. She leads all Goodwill Reviews and ensures every engagement reflects the firm's care-first values.
Kriengkrai Thipthong
AI Systems Specialist
Kriengkrai designs and builds the integrations, with a particular focus on how systems behave over time. He prioritises stability and legibility over novelty.
Nalini Srisuk
Client Relations & Documentation
Nalini manages ongoing client relationships and writes the documentation that keeps teams independent long after a project ends. She is the steady contact in the support plan.
How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Not certifications for their own sake — practices we follow because they produce better outcomes for the businesses we work with.
Data Privacy Discipline
We handle client data under Thailand's PDPA framework. No client data is used in model training. We document what data flows through any system we build.
Full Documentation
Every integration produces written documentation in plain language. Teams understand what is running, why, and how to adjust it without calling us back.
Staff Handover Sessions
All Mindful Integration projects include a live handover session with the staff who will use the new tools. Questions are answered before we leave.
Honest Scope Limits
We decline work where the conditions are not right for a good outcome. Recommending restraint is part of the service, not a failure to close a deal.
Regular Review Cycles
Support plan clients receive monthly written summaries assessing what is working, what has drifted, and what might be worth exploring next.
Plain Language Always
We avoid technical jargon in client-facing work. If something is worth doing, it should be possible to explain clearly why and how in ordinary language.
Our Approach
AI integration that earns its place in Bangkok businesses
Boon Bytes operates at the intersection of practical business knowledge and applied AI — a position that requires us to remain current in both areas without letting enthusiasm for technology outpace respect for the organisations we serve.
Bangkok businesses face a distinctive set of conditions: multilingual teams, a mix of legacy and modern tools, strong relationship-based work cultures, and growing pressure from international competitors who have moved faster on automation. We understand this environment because we work within it every day.
Our work focuses on three things: identifying where AI can reduce genuine burden (not simply where it is technically possible to apply it), introducing that capability in a way that builds trust among the staff using it, and maintaining it honestly over time so that the investment continues to earn its place.
We measure success by whether clients feel more settled and capable after working with us — not by the sophistication of what we have deployed.
